To me, the DMEXCO 2023 is a really good event if you want to speak to people that actually can make a decision. There is another event that you might have heard about in Hamburg that where usually the entire team goes to. But at the Mexico, you usually find the team lead to all the directors and so a bit less noise but to meet the right people. So definitely worth a visit.

In Mexico was really interesting seeing so many people again. So it was amazing all the different experience from the Expo areas especially the talks with the people to exchange in my role, especially. So I was speaker at the Expo together with, with SAP also to get insight into other industries and yeah, talk a lot exchange and especially one point was really interesting which were the expo dances who looked amazing.

Great, the food was too expensive, though.
What did you like best about the event?
Good networking, nice companies, and an overall nice atmosphere. Directions could have been better.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Two hundred euros is too much just to be a visitor. No plastic card, no goodie bag, no nothing. It could have been better.

Strong event: big shows are always tricky to have relevant conversations, but the mix of a promoted masterclass + inviting attendees to come to our booth afterward was very successful.
What did you like best about the event?
A high density of relevant German brands/retailers to speak with. They are good main-stage shows. Many masterclasses were too pitchy/straightforward, but the programming was strong overall.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Wifi -- needed to pull up resources and demo our product throughout the show but could never get it to work on the wifi. I had to use a mobile hotspot.

A great event to meet Digital Marketing Execs. My presentation was fully booked and generated a lot of buzz afterward.
What did you like best about the event?
Well organized, high attendee profile. It was a great event to meet execs and to try to generate high-profile leads.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The food prices are ridiculous. Sushi for 24 €; afterward, I was still hungry—noodles with tomato sauce for 22€. Please don't try to make money on everything.
