"Full on festival with a great layout and lots of great talks to attend!"

It felt like a real party, not just a boring conference. I enjoyed how social everyone was around the festival but there wasn't really enough time to both see the talks AND network.

    Mad Fest was brilliant. Great mix of attendees, really interesting talks. Lots and lots of great conversations, met lots of people, a really nice atmosphere. I think being brutally honest, they might, you know, I think, you know, it's been a long time since we've had events. So, I feel like they under estimated how many food trucks there would be because the queues for food and things like that were, were massive. But apart from that, you know, it was really, really good. And I'd definitely recommend it to anybody that's considering it. We were, we were a speaker and we had a and we were a, a sponsor as well. I find it really beneficial. So, yeah, massively recommend it.

    Amazing content and well organised with some fascinating people
    What did you like best about the event?
    Being a moderator and speaking about a subject I am fascinated in - Influencer marketing
    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    Always be mindful of queue bottle necks - maybe signs up eg like they do at rides, to give an idea of if people will get in. Communication is everything. As a speaker the lounge was nice and the team did a great job. Maybe consider roundtable sessions where we can learn moe from each other - the BCMA would love to support in pioneering this, Worked really well at London Tech week

    Fun and Functional - Brilliant event!
    What did you like best about the event?
    Loved that the event was bigger and better this year, and felt much less crowded as a result. The food and drink was great as well, and there were some really brilliant sessions.
    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    I didn't love the 1 food item limit for lunch, especially when the portions are so small. Would be great if it was pushed up to two. While some of the programming was really brilliant (The Three Football presentation, Advertising Heist, Barbie, Kylie Cosmetics and Wild influencer sessions were great. Also heard great things about the Here We Flo talk as well!) some sessions felt like they didn't provide much added value. If speakers are so concerned about protecting their marketing strategies from the competition that they can't offer any useful insights or tips, the session will feel like a waste of time. I would really encourage you all to give speakers guidance around this so attendees learn something in addition to having fun.

    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    As both an attendee as a presenter the busy vibe arround the stages can be somewhat disturbing. If you could avoid that better, that would be a plus.

    Full on festival with a great layout and lots of great talks to attend!
    What did you like best about the event?
    It felt like a real party, not just a boring conference. I enjoyed how social everyone was around the festival but there wasn't really enough time to both see the talks AND network.
    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    Despite checking our slides for multiple hours in the morning with the AV guys, many of the speakers (myself, Hannah Fry, Joeseph Devlin etc etc) all had our slides break on the day.
