This was my first year attending and presenting at the arm conference. I have a little over 10 years experience in procurement and supplier diversity. However, I'm still fairly new to the health care industry and some days, I feel like I have more questions than answers. This conference was amazing. I enjoyed the conversation about collaborations across different departments, looking at the bottom line, even some self development and the networking with some of my peers and now mentors. If you haven't attended this conference, I highly suggest you do and I'm looking forward to the next one.
