I liked how you are moving the larger booths to the periphery so that those of us with smaller spaces aren't lost behind display walls.

    I thought it was an excellent event. I noticed this year, increased focus on patient voice and patient centricity and bringing the patients throughout many of the, discussions and presentations. I greatly appreciated that shift in focus or increased focus. So thank you for that.

    A BIO event that kept the focus on the patients.
    What did you like best about the event?
    I very much appreciated the many ways this year's BIO brought the voices of the patients to the foreground of the work that all of the attendees are doing.
    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    Some of the giant, gorgeous screens nearly shadowed the speakers as they were essentially backlit. Minor detail, and the screens were truly impressive.

    Exciting and overwhelming.

    I enjoyed hearing different perspectives on new topics. I also enjoyed connecting with attendees during the session I spoke at.

    More/Better lunch options (not much available and disorganized). Better organization for taxis.

    Whether it is catching up with colleagues, getting back in touch with prior clients, meeting our current clients face-to-face, or meeting potential clients, BIO allows us to do that all in one short week. I liked how you are moving the larger booths to the periphery so that those of us with smaller spaces aren't lost behind display walls.
    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    With the partnering system, if there was some way you would only allow companies to reschedule, not cancel meetings they accepted or initiated. It is hugely frustrating to have so many cancellations.
