"I attended Biofach 2025 for 3 of the days of the show."

I love that everyone with a booth at Biofach is either a supporter of organic producers - like certifiers - or is a certified producer. It makes the show very strategic and supportive of organic - which is appreciated and is also very special. I was in meetings with the Global Organic Textile Standard group all day on Tuesday. On Wednesday and Thursday, I attended the show and was able to take part and watch a number of the IFOAM Congress sessions as well as have my own separate meetings and wander that amazing show floor!

    To have more places where we can have a little rest between appointments and drink some coffee and have a snack in between.

    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    I think it would be great if there were paths charted on the floor from hall to hall. The construction of the different halls was very chaotic.

    I am always appreciative of the folks from IFOAM - when they speak it is very grounding - Sarah Compson especially.

    The presence of companies from all over the world and a separated section devoted to innovative products.
    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    There were no (or very few) electrical sockets to charge a mobile phone and laptops. This was critical to me and was the only thing I would suggest to improve.
