    Conference was well organized this year, there was a lot of attendees, they added breakfast and lunches to the conference, which was very smart on socks part because it made functional interactions at the conference a lot easier. there's a lot of different companies represented and it seemed like a really good show and I was glad to attend.

    The conference was well-attended and stretched across market segments. It included upstream and downstream companies as well, which gave it a good mix.
    What did you like best about the event?
    How well attended it was, and overall, affordable. This was probably the best conference I have attended.
    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    Change the time of the year. Savannah is very hot and humid in July. It is difficult walking around in dress clothes.

    The talk about tariffs was helpful. It was great hearing how people were adjusting.

    The tradeshow is always a good experience for our company.
    What did you like best about the event?
    The location and venue were very appealing. Savannah is a great town with a large selection of good restaurants.
    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    Remove the last two hours on Thursday. Start the show earlier during the day on Tuesday and end the show on Wednesday at 5 PM. Almost everyone had left, and only the exhibitors were remaining.

    We had a great time. It was awesome to meet all sorts of new individuals who have the same professional interests.
    What did you like best about the event?
    I thought the layout/venue space really made the trade show hit a new level. It was very open, with plenty of space to interact, sit, and work.
    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    The only thing that I might change is better instructions for loading and unloading in the dock area. Other than that, I was very impressed with the trade show.

    Great event for networking with key players in the industry.
    What did you like best about the event?
    Very well-planned and organized. Easy to get to and from other hotels to the convention center. Well-balanced agenda between keynotes and time to visit and engage with the exhibitors.
    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    It was confusing to go to and from the meal location to the conference venue.

    Great venue, but schedule changes reduced the value of the event.
    What did you like best about the event?
    The venue and location were excellent, with outstanding catering and well-organized evening receptions that offered great food, drinks, and networking opportunities.
    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    Restore the two full days of exhibition time. The late Tuesday opening left most of the day unused, and the short Thursday morning session had very low visitor traffic. A consistent full-day schedule would provide better value for exhibitors and attendees.
