I joined the meeting in April and it was a great experience I meet with lots of researchers. I visited the poster station and it was really helpful for me. It was a great experience and I recommend it to it, to the others to join and have this great experience again for those people also.

I got to know the advances in photonics from a broader perspective of my field.

The Q&A after the talks and the poster session. The possibility to interact in person with people working in the field.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Social events could be organized so that people get more involved together (e.g., organization of activities where people can socialize better).

It was a great experience for me to visit the optics people. Talk with them and share ideas.
What did you like best about the event?
The organization was good. I joined the talks and learned a lot from them. It was an excellent experience for me. Also, I liked the poster session when people came and talked with you about your superb research.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The announcement about the talks could be improved, and also I didn't get any certificate regarding my attendance.

Well-organised event held within excellent facilities providing a nice environment for learning and networking.
What did you like best about the event?
I enjoyed the welcome reception within a grand building with some lovely entertainment and food. It provided a wonderful way to network and develop connections. The variety of talks presented at the conference also meant that there was always something interesting to attend.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The conference based around 'real-time imaging' felt somewhat misplaced and as though it may have been more relevant at a different event. The majority of exhibitors seemed to be focussed on the Extreme Light Sources side of the conference, so it would have been nice to see more Emerging Technology stalls.

Everything is best organised.
What did you like best about the event?
From my viewpoint, as an author and speaker at the SPIE Optics Conference in Prague, I thoroughly enjoyed the event. Several aspects made it a remarkable experience for me: Firstly, I relished the opportunity to view presentations by other authors. It was inspiring to witness the diverse range of research projects being undertaken in the field of optics. Each presentation offered a unique perspective and allowed me to expand my knowledge and understanding. The preliminary sessions were particularly captivating as they showcased grand projects currently in progress. Learning about these cutting-edge initiatives was awe-inspiring and gave me a glimpse into the future of optics. One of my highlights was the chance to engage with other attendees and share ideas. Collaborating with fellow researchers and professionals in my field was intellectually stimulating. Moreover, the conference served as a wellspring of research idea inspirations. Exploring different topics and approaches opened my mind to fresh possibilities and potential research directions. The event truly sparked my imagination and invigorated my passion for my work. Furthermore, networking with professors and researchers from Europe and beyond was invaluable. Engaging in conversations with these esteemed individuals provided me with valuable guidance and advice. The connections I made have the potential to foster future collaborations and expand my professional network. Lastly, the conference played a significant role in planning my research trajectory. Conversations with professors and researchers helped me gain clarity and refine my goals. Their insights and perspectives allowed me to chart a course for my future research endeavours with more confidence and purpose.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I think everything was perfect. This was my first international conference, so I cant provide much comparison.
