Excellent industry event - worth attending!
What did you like best about the event?
I enjoyed the variety of workshops, vendors, and networking sessions. It was my first year as a speaker and I thought the session went very well. Truly enjoyed engaging with the STEM students interested in a career in Medtech.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
It is a very busy but manageable agenda. No recommendation at this time for "improvements" . Thought the event was well executed.

LOVED the conference - really great programming! Had more sessions I was interested in than I was able to concurrently attend - that's how exciting the programming was! Well done!
What did you like best about the event?
The programming topics and range of topics, from environmental to regulatory to reimbursement to marketing.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Having recorded sessions available for playback for those that ran concurrent to each other in case interested in both topics at the same time

Julie, thank you! Please plan to join us next year in Toronto (Oct 15-17), and bring a colleague - that way you can tag team sessions and share notes. We do video a portion of our extensive program, but not all sessions are recorded. We try to feature timely, relevant and critical issues and secure dynamic expert speakers, but yes, sometimes sessions overlap. Sorry about that!

I enjoyed the FDA CDRH panel at the MedTech conference best, as I work with molecular diagnostic testing companies and precision medicine biopharma companies.
What did you like best about the event?
Specifically for the Dx summit, I liked that the group was intimate and engaged, asking good questions, and the session topics were timely.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Navigating the MedTech conference was challenging, and I often had to choose to attend one panel over another. Perhaps more streamlined offerings/timing.

Lauren, thank you for your comments. We do our best, and yes, we pack a lot into 2.5 days. Conflicts are inevitable as we error on offering too much vs the alternative. Would you like to apply to join the Program Committee to help determine the event content? If so, reach out to my colleague, Nancy Creel at NCreel@advamed.org. Again, thank you! Strong and relevant program. I met new people and ran into many former colleagues and friends, and the Investor events were fantastic.
What did you like best about the event?
The range of panel discussions with CEOs, investors, and patients on relevant topics AND accessibility of industry leaders to attendees.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Have it in Florida in the future and a contest for a free registration. Thank you

Poorly attended conference
What did you like best about the event?
The partnering tables and meeting area was the best thing about the conference. I thought the venue was too large, and attendees were often not close to the exhibit area.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
A smaller venue would be better; the meeting was on a different floor, and people attending the talks often did not come back to walk through the exhibit hall.

Joseph, thank you for your feedback. Seems you limited your attendance to the exhibit and investor portion and those are growing but only a part of what we deliver. We had 3,200 attendees including 200 active Medtech investors and Strategic business development executives. The sessions upstairs primarily focus on educational content addressing regulatory, payment, compliance, legal and other topics, and these are highly valued by many attendees. The Anaheim Convention Center did create logistical challenges, and I hope you will join us in Toronto next year and I do believe you would have benefitted from the Dx sessions held upstairs. Happy to connect if you want to discuss further. RBriscuso@advamed.org. Again, thank you.
