"Good Event!"

I had the pleasure of speaking alongside a great panel of commercial real estate experts and appreciated having Tom McGhee, President of ICSC, introduce our group as the first panel of the retail summit to promote ICSC at Blueprint. I also enjoyed all the connections, conversations, and new companies I met during the conference.

The blueprint event in Las Vegas this year in September was amazing. We are a startup. We just started in January 2023 but it was amazing. The support and the feedback and the love we received from attending the events. We met with so many amazing entrepreneurs. The the booth area was amazing to just walk around and talk to folks about their ideas. We got to attend a lot of cool panels and also the investors around. There were also very, very helpful to see how they're thinking about the the landscape as well. So we really love the event. The venue was amazing at the Venetian and everything was super easy to do in the app. So we had a wonderful time and I would definitely recommend anyone that wants to attend this event next year to definitely do it.

Blueprint Vegas was an incredible event, and Kudos to Martin Kelly and his team for organizing it. The quality of attendees was really high. It was weighted a little bit more towards prop-tech founders and VCs than real estate professionals, which was probably because it's located on the West Coast. But regardless of whether you're in prop-tech, real estate or investing, this is one of the most valuable events to make connections and get insights on where prop-tech is headed.

This is the second year I've attended the blueprint conference and I can't believe that within a short two year span, this has become the prop tech industry who's who premier event. And yeah, I had a great time meeting all, all of my own and friends across the industry and yeah, it's a great, great event and I just again, can't believe how, how quickly it's grown in the, in the short time that it's been, it's been around so amazing.

I thought the event was great. It was awesome to connect with so many investors, potential partners and other founders that I've worked with before. that I know the, the food was good. The the different vendors that were, there were they were really cool, really cool vendors and overall, it was a great event. I was able to be a speaker and had a great time speaking and it definitely was valuable and something I'm definitely looking forward to every year.

Blueprint was a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend attending and will be going again myself. Next year, I was pleasantly surprised to see the number of people there focused on housing affordability. Something that our organization cares deeply about, particularly from a startup and investment experience perspective. Looking forward to it next year.

It was great, I came with a goal and achieved it!

What did you like best about the event?

The ability to meet with people I normally do not interact with. The round tables were extremely interesting.

What could the organizers do to improve the event?

On the first day, finding the people you were meeting with was very difficult because it was just a large "meeting point".

Blueprint 2025 was a wonderful experience!

What did you like best about the event?

I loved how ICSC sponsored the official kickoff to the retail summit at Blueprint and it was such a warm introduction from Tom McGhee and it really set the tone on the speakers series that it was going to be interactive, informative, and exciting.

What could the organizers do to improve the event?

Keep the panels in a nicely lit, private ballroom to have audiences more engaged and immersed on the topic. It would be nice to have the panels and speaking engagements spread out a bit more for more time.

What could the organizers do to improve the event?

Continue to keep the panels and discussions in private rooms but if there is a need to have a talk on the main trade floor, consider leveraging headphones used for silent disco for guests to have a better and unique experience. Also would like to see more innovators and companies specialized in the multifamily and transportation tech side of the industry.

Refreshing event!

What did you like best about the event?

Love the ability to bump into people & network.

What could the organizers do to improve the event?

Make the meeting spaces specific (Exhibit Hall Meetup Space with Numbers) or try putting letters next to the larger exterior meeting area but put them all next to each other. Meeting Area - A, Meeting Area B, Meeting Area C for example. Since trying to figure out meeting spaces based on names was a bit confusing.

Make it easier to follow up with people who connected on the app. I was not able to meet everyone and follow-ups via the app are a bit clunky to navigate.
