Housing, Europe’s largest housing festival, will take place on 27 - 29 June 2023 at Manchester Central.



Housing 2023 will provide the collaboration, best practice learning and conversations needed to work together to achieve as a sector for our communities. Tenant engagement, governance, risk, tenant voice, changing and re-setting business plans, the importance of social care, health and housing integration, professionalism, reputation, the cost of living crisis and quality are just a few of the topics you can expect to see discussed this year.



Ranked as a global leader for the delegate experience, Housing has taken place for 70 years in the UK and provides a platform for key stakeholders to come together to discuss, debate, partner, learn and improve the lives of the people we house.



Housing remains the must-attend event for local authorities, housing associations, key partners and suppliers, government, housebuilders, and developers.

I really enjoyed the events partly because it was face to face, but also because it is a really good opportunity to think through what's happening in the sector with other people that are engaged in the same challenges and understand what they're doing, what they're thinking about and what they don't understand that helps shape your own view of the future. And it also helps you separate out where you can avoid reinventing the wheel and where you can understand the what business as usual is looking like and how you want to place yourself against that, how you want to respond as an organization and how that might impact on your colleagues.

What did you like best about the event?
Housing 2023 brings together thought leaders, industry experts, and policymakers under one roof to debate key issues in the sector.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The humidity in the building was extremely uncomfortable. I would urge the organizers to improve this.

Fun event, with lots of relevant customers.
What did you like best about the event?
The networking opportunities were tremendous. The location was also great, good for transport and lots to do locally.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The stands around the edge were a bit lackluster; a bit more variety and improved appearance would be better for all.
