Nareit's REITweek Investor Conference is the REIT industry’s largest, must-attend event where each year, more than 3,000 REIT executives, investors, and industry partners gather to meet with and learn more about REITs representing every sector. The conference also delivers meaningful networking opportunities and insightful conversations on the economy and emerging industry trends.

More than 100 REIT management teams will present company business plans, forecasts, and strategies during 30-minute individual company presentations (ICPs), and investors can request one-on-one meetings with companies of interest.

Promotional for REITs
What did you like best about the event?
An excellent line-up of REITs. Big and small. The list/access is there—good organization for the event.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The event had minimal public scrutiny. Supportive analysts were allowed to showcase the REIT management, strengthening their relationships. From an investor's perspective, I don't feel like I gained much. Something where investors were given more ability to ask tough questions and challenge the REIT management, would be preferred.
