The 3rd edition of The Real Estate Future Forum - RFF2024 will be held from January 22nd to 24th 2024 in the Four Seasons Hotel. Riyadh, Saudi Arabia under the patronage of His excellency, Mr. Majed bin Abdullah Al Hogail - The Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing.

The Forum and the accompanying Exhibition will be the place of meeting of national and international key actors in real estate sector ; They will communicate in one place, exchange information and experiences, and discuss challenges as well as practices related to the development of real estate sector.

Unfortunately, I missed Day One; it was an invitation only. I was flying to Riyadh because other flights were not available. That said, I was amazed at how well-organized and attended REFF was. Very well done. I am happy to see world-class events like this are now more common in the Kingdom.
What did you like best about the event?
The diversity of exhibitions was impressive, plus the quality of people at the exhibition stands was very good. I enjoyed meeting exhibition spokespersons and learned a lot from them. The conference topics and speakers were appropriate for the times.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
It should have been a two-day event without one day dedicated to invitation only. There is no need for that. I don't say this because I missed the first day, simply because three days is too long, and an invitation-only day is unnecessary.

Everything was very well organized, making me feel at home and interested in investing in the properties.

Reaching out to guests well before time. I was approached very close to the time.
