The event was a lot of fun. It was a good mixer and mingler. I wish I had seen and spoken with more vendors to talk about upcoming technology versus what we're already using. So I was expecting to see a little bit more about what the future was going to hold versus what I did see.

I thought it was a great conference—people, content, and production.
What did you like best about the event?
The openness to learn from executives along with the content. I also thought it was a well-attended conference from the office and the Multifamily.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I think they could have cut Monday night and that night seemed like a bit of a waste, given that not many operators attended the first happy hour.

It was a great mixer to get to meet some different vendors.
What did you like best about the event?
The location and the venue were great. The meeting idea was great, but it needed some quiet space.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Seating was very tight and uncomfortable, and very few were completely full, so that elbow room would have been nice.

Marcie - she kept the conversation real and spoke with the knowledge of how to overcome what we are being challenged with.

There is a huge variety of relevant partners, engaging, interesting content, and many opportunities to sponsor.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
More seating space, more water stations, and a little less content. Allow the app to set up meetings during session times.

RETCON was a tremendous forum for operators and service providers to come together!
What did you like best about the event?
The mix of attendees and content shared was tremendous. I greatly enjoyed the networking opportunities.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I thought the space for the receptions wasn't ideal. I would have liked to have seen a better venue for happy hours or receptions.

Too many people and poor execution of helping me (and others) make connections. It's way too AI-centric, in my opinion.
What did you like best about the event?
The best thing was the location. The event was spread out well. However, the locations outside the meeting space were hard to find and not specific to the event.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Ask attendees what their most important aspects of meetings like this are. I find the best meetings have great organization with regard to making connections. This event was not that.

No one. All sessions went over, and too many focused on AI> No diversity of topics. Where were market news, industry metrics, activity, lending info, value info, tax implications, etc?
