Good Event - Poor Pacing
The number of exhibitors and attendees was good, and the quality was high. IMN would do well to have fewer bigger events like this one.
Improve the pacing of the event - it could have been done in 1.5 days like most IMN events rather than 2.5 days with a wasted Monday afternoon.

The Single Family rental Forum is networking at its best!
I worked with many people over the last year and to meet them face-to-face was wonderful.
Location, I am a big fan of the Hyatt Regency at Gainey ranch but the conference seemed very choppy.

Fantastic conference with opportunities to get up to speed with the latest SFR and BFR industry developments and multiple networking with peers.
Panel discussions and networking opportunities are the best part, which brings together diverse thought processes, leading to superior outcomes for everyone in the industry.
Keep up the great format. No specific ideas to offer as things are working well at the moment.

Overall awesome show, I would reconsider the Monday afternoon break.
I liked the organization and flow of the exhibit and speaker sessions. I thought the schedule was timed well. I also really liked how food was served in the exhibit hall to attract folks there.
I would reconsider the Monday afternoon break, I think that could deter me from attendance to the women's networking event and the Monday night receptions. We also did not receive our TV until halfway into Monday's show, so we were disappointed in not being able to set it up right away.

A place to network
Lots of different types of people with a broad range of focuses. However not much depth in each different focus

Great networking event.
SFR West 2022 offered a great opportunity to network with industry participants.
At some IMN events attendees have a selection of locations to meet / network. I do not recall these at SFR West, though I may have missed them. If they didn't exist, they would be a nice addition.
They were all good.
