The show was great. There was a lot of really good vendors, I think this year we had a lot of traffic and things were really straightforward. I didn't really like the fact that the scanners were included this year and there was an extra cost for internet or the scanner badges. That was great. And yeah, it was successful.

I liked the trade shows, lots of vendors!
What did you like best about the event?
Seemed to have a good mix of residential and commercial vendors. It seemed that there was a lot of energy on the floor!
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I was a speaker; only 30 people came from the 145 that signed up. They capped off the class at 145. They should assume that more than half won't show up, so set the cap next time at 250-300 people.

Good attendance and venue.

Networking with session participants and exploring the many vendors in the trade show area.

The speakers were provided coffee, however, I overheard several participants complaining about the lack of coffee.

It was a great opportunity to get to know different businesses and services in the industry.
What did you like best about the event?
I love how after joining a guest speaker session, you can go to their booths and ask more detailed questions and learn more.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I think the maps could have been clearer. I got a sense of it after, but at first, I missed my 9AM speaker session because I couldn't find the location.
Did you have a favourite speaker or session? Please tell us below
I loved the session from Premier Construction Software. Even though the product was not suitable for my area, the speaker did a great job captivating and making the topic interesting.

Professional conference, but might be trying to cover too much.
What did you like best about the event?
Overall, I was impressed with the conference, its organization, and enjoyed most of the sessions I attended. I attended the Building Smart Canada Summit and really enjoyed their portion of the event.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I found that the event was trying to cover too many aspects of the industry. It felt a little stretched. Anything from Proptech and National BIM Standards to house construction and electrification of Toronto. It's harder to find seminars and booths in the exhibit hall that apply to the work we do because it feels like it's trying to cover everything in one show.

The experience was great! There were a lot of attendees, and the exhibitors were all very helpful.
What did you like best about the event?
Keynote speakers were great this year - super valuable information, which is always very helpful.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
More social events for the trade show would be good to allow more networking for the exhibitors.

The AI speaker was my favourite. I forgot their name, but they had a lot of valuable information on the industry.
