I am the Executive Director of Embode, an international consultancy focusing on human rights and social protection, responsible business and organisational analysis. In this role I oversee numerous projects focusing on human rights in business supply chains, child rights and protection as well as leadership development in non-profit organisations. Qualified as a lawyer in the UK and the US, I have over 20 years of technical experience responding to human trafficking, forced labour, child exploitation, child labour and other related issues. I have built a broad portfolio of experience working in the UK, Southeast Asia and Africa, both in employed and consultant positions with NGOs, government and the private sector. My work portfolio includes positions in leadership, management, technical and strategic advisory. I have an LL.M in Law and Economics and a MA in Systems Leadership and Organisational Analysis. I am also a visiting professor on the subject of business and human rights. I am a conscientious, compassionate and contemplative advocate who integrates both analytical and intuitive faculties. I am known to be perceptive, articulate and dedicated to the purpose of my endeavours.
