I am an International Executive Leader with 30 years experience in global P&L management and business development / corporate strategy within the Energy / Power Engineering / Smart Grid sectors. I have a proven track record of execution and delivering results in European, North American and Asian corporations. I'm passionate and learning every day about Energy Transition, Decarbonization and how I can actively contribute to addressing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in our industry. I am focused upon delivering excellent EHS performance and especially supporting colleagues around mental health in the workplace. I have a track record of success in delivering strong results against challenging project benchmarks with broad experience within the Electrical Transmission and Distribution, Energy and Oil and Gas sectors, and I am well qualified and fully experienced throughout every level of corporate infrastructure. I continue to develop my experience of embedding a culture of Lean process design across Restructuring and Business Transformation Projects, with the goal of optimizing profitability and reducing redundant expenditure.
