Ms. Tsour (Segal), seasoned investor, business executive and entrepreneur, creating and advancing the high technology ecosystem in Israel with strong focus on planet, medical and cyber for infrastructure ground breaking technologies addressing major global challenges of the 21st century. Ms Tsour serves sinec 2016 as adviser to Consensus Business Group, a large scale London based family office, with a vast portfolio of funds and companies across these sectors. Until February 2021 Anat served as the CEO of Capital Nature, an investment company operating a technological incubator (under the Israeli Innovation Authority incubation program), engaged in seeding and raising innovative early stage companies addressing global sustainability challenges of the 21st century. From 2003 - 2016 Ms. Tsour was founder and CEO of Xenia Venture Capital, a publicly traded investment company (TASE) and a technological incubator based in Israel. Since its inception, Xenia has executed over 25 technology and medical seed investments having reached a cumulative value of exits of over $1B , >3x on investment and continuing in an ongoing evergreen model. Prior to founding Xenia, Ms. Tsour led her independent consulting and investment banking practice, serving as a banker and strategic adviser for dozens of companies on business planning, corporate development, m&a's and fund raising of private and public capital (NASDAQ, Tel-Aviv and European stock exchanges). Prior, Anat was Managing Director & Head of Corporate Finance of Tamir Fishman and worked at Robertson Stephens/Evergreen, Poalim Capital Markets and Bank Hapoalim. Anat is a lecturer and mentor at the Adelson School of Entrepreneurship at IDC Herzlia. Anat volunteers as lecturer and mentor in various organizations in the high -tech eco-system, with a strong emphasis on empowerment of women in the entrepreneurial community. Ms. Tsour Segal holds a BA in Economics and Management, MBA and L.L.B. from the Tel Aviv University.
