Bio

Barbara currently serves as senior vice president of Corporate Strategy and Development for Raytheon Technologies, and president of Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Systems (ISRS) for Raytheon Intelligence & Space (RI&S). As senior vice president of Corporate Strategy & Development, Barbara is a member of the executive leadership team and is responsible for developing corporate strategies that enhance profitability and performance, and for assessing merger and acquisition opportunities to drive overall company growth. As president of the ISRS mission area, she leads the team responsible for developing, producing and sustaining airborne electro-optical/infrared (EO/IR) sensors, active electronically scanned array/scanning radars and various special mission aircraft solutions to provide customers with actionable information for strike and persistent surveillance. Barbara is also responsible for the overall strategic direction and operation of Raytheon Vision Systems.
