I am a problem solver, blending multidimensional expertise in business strategy, innovation and leadership to help organizations thrive. I've lead both B2B and B2C companies to growth and am passionate about sustainability and health focused companies. Currently, I am developing the US market entry strategy for Matelex, an industrial B2B technology company that improves efficiency and reduces green house emissions in commercial refrigeration installations. My work includes business model development as well as execution, including pilot programs with industry leading companies and building relationships with business development partners. Formerly, I served as CEO and Subsidiary Director of Inventec Performance Chemicals USA, where I lead all aspects of the market's operations. In 2014, I led the Dehon Group's entry into the US, and since that time, I established the US as a critical footprint for the organization. I also serve as Managing Partner of Carrick Bend Capital, a private equity investment and advisory firm that helps business owners accelerate growth - whether through acquisition, market entry, or strategic consulting. I guest lecture at NYU and University of New Haven on innovation, sustainability and management topics; serve as an advisor to The Triana Group (New York City); and participate on a number of boards, including a role as President of SMTA Connecticut Chapter.
