As a Chief Technology & Transformation Officer at Allianz, I am striving to crack business problems with technology. This means for example that we continuously invent and improve intelligent and beneficial self-services for our customers. To do so, I am a big promotor of an agile way of working and scalable, cloud-ready solutions. I also foster data driven decision making by our subject matter experts not by the highest position in the hierarchy and I encourage developers to get a deep understanding of our business – and vice versa.
