I am one of two Co-Leaders of the global Manufacturing & Supply Chain topic, part BCG's Operations Practice. In addition to helping to lead client relationships and delivering impact for them, I help to lead the intellectual property development, team growth, and strategy for one of our biggest businesses. I lead, globally, BCG's Supply Chain AI offer which brings clients a unique combination of existing, custom, and commercial digital capabilities to better manage their supply chains. My supply chain client work largely focuses on supply chain network optimization, digital supply chain, and distribution & logistics. I have deep experience in network and route optimization; end-to-end planning, post-merger integration, and digital supply chain, across consumer and industrial goods. Much of my client work is also with those companies that help the supply chain function: 3PLs, carriers across all modes, equipment lessors, and those who invest in such companies. I formerly led our Infrastructure, Transportation, and Cities sector in North America, which focuses on those clients. I have lived and worked in emerging markets and led international teams developing strategies for clients to respond to changing global economics, including working with emerging-market-based global challengers as well as developed-market firms participating in the US manufacturing renaissance. Before joining the firm, I was manager of corporate finance at MGM Resorts, and an investment banking analyst at Citigroup, covering consumer, retail, and homebuilding companies.
