Dr. Frederick K. Johnson is a highly accomplished international strategic advisor, managing consultant, and lecturer with two decades of experience developing and executing strategies for adopting manufacturing information management systems. He is a prominent global IT leader in World Class Manufacturing, known for his ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing teams. Frederick has a strong track record of enhancing Manufacturing Execution Systems through a deep understanding of business capabilities and operational demands. He has a reputation for successfully leading large-scale Manufacturing IT transformations in collaboration with cross-functional leaders, ensuring that vision, strategy, capacity, risk, and cost efficiencies align with best-in-class industry standards. With expertise in aligning technology strategies with business and manufacturing plans, Frederick introduces Manufacturing Operations Management concepts and continuous improvement techniques to drive program success.
