Orchestration and implementation of Strategy projects, M&A and turnaround execution In the recent past I have: - planed and executed a pan European restructuring program in the Automotive supply industry. I completed negotiations with the works council regarding the relocation of running operations to sister plants. Overall EBIT impact was above MEUR 30 p.a.. - orchestrated the Strategy process on divisional level, including the implementation of a divisional re-organization - sourced and executed M&A transactions, in Western & Eastern Europe, North & South America and Asia. Projects involved succession planning from family entrepreneurs, private equity investors and VC funds. - designed and established teams with global reach in Marketing and Services related functions - coordinated the Digital Transformation efforts across Departments and regions I have successfully driven larger organizations to develop a common plan and execute on it. My leadership style is collaborative, seeking to trigger creativity from within the team.
