Experience includes over a decade of public service at DOL and DOE as a technical expert in human work interface and promulgating a Federal Standard (with extensive collaboration on Capitol Hill). This experience was followed by senior/executive leadership roles in Pharma (GSK), Biotech (Amgen), Lean Transformation and Digital for Energy (Chevron), Tech Start-up Mentor/Coach (Founder Institute), Founder (Lean Sigma Tech), Cloud Technology & Innovation (Microsoft), and leading to the current executive leadership role in MedTech (GE HealthCare).
