Mr. Van Opdorp is an award-winning leader and decorated Veteran who spearheads large-scale operating plans, business process improvements, change management and cultural transformations for federal agencies and the Marine Corps. Harold has led 300+ person organizations to align business strategies with operating and financial plans while promoting transparency and accountability. During his career, he has advanced legislative priorities, restructured and realigned massive organization processes and served as a military advisor for the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the Secretary of Defense. While revamping and transforming the Officer Candidate School, he established partnerships with F50 companies and top tier schools. The companies later sought Harold as a speaker on how to evaluate leadership potential. Mr. Van Opdrop leverages his distinguished 30-year military and federal government career to align individual goals with the broader mission. He has been recognized with multiple awards including the Office of the Secretary of Defense Medal for Exceptional Service, the Department of the Navy Distinguished Service Medal, the Legion of Merit, the Bronze Star, and the Meritorious Service Medal.
