Seasoned content designer/technical writer with more than 20 years experience in the fields of enterprise software, quantum computing, and natural sciences. Currently works as Lead Content Designer with the IBM AI Division, building end-to-end AI-powered enterprise software content experience from UI/UX design to content strategy and end-user documentation for the IBM Maximo Application Suite. He is also a Distinguished IBM Quantum Ambassador and Qiskit Advocate, providing in-person and web-based conference sessions and lectures on IBM Quantum and their open source Qiskit language for programming quantum computers. His 2020 book, “Quantum Computing in Practice with Qiskit and IBM Quantum Experience” built upon his extensive Qiskit workshop experiences across corporate and higher education audiences. Prior to that he worked as a freelance science journalist and technical researcher, as well as lecturer and translator. A naturalized American, he traces his roots back to Sweden where he earned his M.Sc. in Physics at the Uppsala university and stared his career in science and software journalism and documentation with Ord & Vetande, Uppsala.
