Idoia is a recognized expert on govtech, advises local and national governments on public innovation ecosystems and public policies. She holds an MBA from MIT, a MA in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, and in 2019 was recognized by Apolitical as one of the world´s 100 most influential people in digital government.
