Jess Turner is the executive vice president of Open Banking and Mastercard Developers. She is also a member of the company's Management Committee. In this role she is responsible for the global open banking network and Mastercard Developers Program which enables innovation with fintech companies, financial institutions and other partners globally. Prior to this role Jess lead the new Digital Infrastructure team, which included the strategy for blockchain and crypto currency as well as the foundation for the fintech segment. This appointment was after a successful term as executive vice president, Products and Innovation for North America where she drove the design, development and commercialization of digital and card products. She also delivered the inclusive growth strategy in the region and managed the company's key issuers globally to advance digital solutions and payments. Since joining Mastercard in 2006, she has held various positions at Mastercard including customer engagement with telecommunications companies and banks. Jess has run teams responsible for delivering digital solutions and payment experiences for both emerging and developed markets Prior to joining Mastercard Jess led product development at Affinion Loyalty Group and was in Marketing and Analysis at Capital One.
