John Pagano is the Chief Executive Officer of Red Sea Global, a vertically integrated real estate company with regenerative development projects up and down Saudi Arabia's Red Sea coast, including The Red Sea and AMAALA. He brings more than 35 years of international experience from all facets of the commercial property industry from Europe, North America and the Caribbean. With experience covering every aspect of the real estate value chain, including master planning, project structuring, financing, construction and asset management, John is leading the development of Red Sea Global's projects from the ground up, to create a series of regenerative luxury tourism destinations in Saudi Arabia. Before joining Red Sea Global, John headed his own company, Old Fort Capital Investments Ltd. This focused on offering strategic advice and services to landowners, investors and developers, with a focus on large scale real estate developments. Prior to this, he spent more than 23 years at the world-renowned Canary Wharf development in London, during which time he held several leading Executive positions. He also served over four years as President of Baha Mar Development Company Ltd. (BDMC) based in Nassau, the Bahamas. The $3.6 billion development included four new hotels, a convention centre and a Jack Nicklaus Signature championship golf course. John holds a BASc degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
