Margaux Miller is the Director of Community at Toptal - focused on connecting Toptal’s exclusive and fully remote network of top talent around the world through networking events, pro bono work, mentorship programs, and more. Margaux has 12+ years experience building networks and partnerships, leading community engagement, and overseeing program direction, working primarily in the technology industry and with innovative start-ups. Actively engaged in both personal and corporate social responsibility, Margaux founded the Manitoba Women in Tech group, and is an advocate for diversity in tech as well as digital literacy and accessibility.
