I am an experienced B2B journalist with 13-plus years in the supply chain and logistics space. I follow and write about marketplace disruption, among other trends and technologies pertaining to warehousing, transportation, procurement, sustainability, safety, risk management, software & technology and more. Currently, I am editor-in-chief of Food Logistics (FoodLogistics.com) and Supply & Demand Chain Executive (SDCExec.com), a position I've held since January 2020. In this role, As editor-in-chief, I manage the entire brand, including print, digital, e-newsletter, social media, marketing campaigns, sales projects, social media, webinars and more. I establish editorial direction of the brand; assign, proof and execute content; manage freelancers and expert columnists; and stay abreast of industry trends and technologies. I present at industry conferences and client sales meetings. I work alongside art, production, marketing and sales. And, I've never missed a deadline. I also help oversee SCN Summit (SCNSummit.com) and Supply Chain Learning Center (SupplyChainLearningCenter.com). Prior to my current role, I served as editor-in-chief of Refrigerated & Frozen Foods, a position I held from 2011-2019. I was on maternity leave with my firstborn when this job opened up, and of course, my lack of sleep thought, why don't I get a new job now that I have a new baby?! So, that's what I did.
