Mark is a Director in Deloitte Human Capital business in the Middle East, a member of the HR Transformation Middle East leadership team and leads the Oracle HCM practice. He is an experienced Director in Human Capital who has provide advisory and executive services both in consulting, technology and in executive HR roles in Industry. He has worked with clients and in organizations in the Middle East, UK, Turley, North and Central Europe, Africa and Globally. Mark is a strong advocate of using human centered design thinking and employee experience to solve complex Business and HR problems and to enable HR functions to add value and bring meaning, purpose and impact. His recent focus has moved to HR Digital and Technology and enabling organization to make a step change in how they develop talent and ensure their HR organization are modern, relevant enabled by technology.
