I am interested in renewal of society; how and why it happens and how to proactively guide the reneval towards desired ideals. I have done it as an entrepreneur, European Commission official and in the Finnish innovation fund Sitra. Many drivers for renewal will take place independently of our actions and opinions. Those are called global megatrends like urbanisation and digitalisation. What matters is that we understand what is inevitable and utilise it for common good and on the other hand fight the unwanted avoidable like climate change.
