Maryssa Miller has over 25 years experience in the startup, building, marketing and managing of profitable and successful direct to consumer online ventures. Currently she is leading the Product and Brand teams as Chief Product Officer for Mint House, an exciting startup creating a new form of residential hospitality. Prior to joining the Mint House leadership Team, Maryssa was the Head of Digital and Customer Products at JetBlue Airways where she was responsible for all customer facing digital products within the multi-billion dollar global airline. She had been at JetBlue for 10 years in roles of increasing responsibility, including Head of Digital Commerce within the Commercial division. Earlier in her career, she had experience working for other renowned brands such as Lacoste, 1-800-FLOWERS, Scholastic and Create the Group, where she served as Vice President of E-Commerce, providing strategic digital consulting services for high profile clients, including David Yurman, Nars, Alexander Wang and several LVMH companies. Maryssa holds a B.S. in Business Administration/Marketing from the State University of New York at Albany and a Master of Science in Direct and Interactive Marketing from NYU, where she would later serve as adjunct professor. In addition to her direct work experience, Maryssa has served on several industry advisory boards for Shop.org, Luxury Interactive and the Direct Marketing Association Echo Board of Governors. She was nominated as a “Rising Star Under 40” by the Direct Marketing Educational Foundation, named as Top 40 under 40 by Brand Innovators in 2015, and has been a frequent industry speaker. She has received numerous awards for her work including a Webby Award for Best Mobile App User Experience, a J.D. Power Award for Best Mobile App, a Clio for a JetBlue.com redesign, and a personal Industry Achievement Award from Mega Event Worldwide in 2018.
