Neha Shah is an innovative, purpose-driven entrepreneur and executive. She has been instrumental in building and growing multinational organizations through her innovative strategies and decisive leadership. At GEP, she drives the company’s business growth, sales, marketing and partnership operations, and has been the key driver behind the company’s sustainability, ESG, DEI, and social initiatives strategies. Being on the board of directors, she is instrumental in planning resources to run the business well. With a strong passion for serving and giving back, Neha actively supports several philanthropic initiatives. Neha has been recently named a member of the 2022 Class of Henry Crown Fellows within the Aspen Global Leadership Network at the Aspen Institute. She is a Board Member at Pratham USA, a leading global education non-profit, and an Advisory Board Member to Sakhi for South Asian Women – an organization supporting survivors of gender-based violence. She is an advisor to Kailash Satyarthi Children’s Foundation and previously advised the founders of Princeton Choose, which focuses on racial literacy and understanding. She is also an active member of YPO (Young President’s Organization). Neha is an art and music enthusiast and serves as a Board Member of McCarter Theatre in New Jersey. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, a Bachelor of Science in Economics, and an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management from the University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School, and The College of Arts and Sciences – all with the highest honors and distinctions. She is an active alumna of the University and advises students on entrepreneurship and leadership. Neha won the ISM Women & Leadership Diamond Award and TiE Entrepreneur of the Year, among recent recognitions. She lives in Princeton, NJ, with her husband, Dr. Shalin Shah, and three children.
