Nicole Patterson, a Principal with Deloitte's Workforce Transformation consulting practice, has over two decades of experience in global talent transformation, organizational transformation, global mobility, diversity equity and inclusion and change-management. She has consulted across industries, with an emphasis in the technology, media and entertainment sectors. She has led work at some of Silicon Valley's marquee companies. Nicole is recognized by her clients and teams as an innovative, inspiring leader and problem-solver. She has scaled up and led inter-disciplinary, globally-dispersed, large teams. She has strong global experience, having also lived and worked abroad. Early in her career, Nicole co-founded and was president of a leadership development company, CUBIS Group, which focused on experiential education for mid-level professionals. Nicole holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with honors from University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with honors from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). She is also a certified Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR). Nicole is a Board Member of Girls Inc. of Alameda County, an organization whose mission is to inspire all girls to be strong, smart and bold. Nicole is married and has two young children.
