I am a recombinant Adeno-Associated Virus (rAAV) manufacturing professional with a demonstrated history of working in the gene therapy/biotechnology industry. I have experience in both startup operations as well as large biopharma companies. I have interests in empty/full particle separation, large-scale nucleic purification processes, novel capture techniques, steric exclusion chromatography, and rAAV analytics (particularly pertaining to empty/full quantification/distribution). Experienced in clinical and non-clinical manufacturing, process development, rAAV analytics, and rAAV platform technology.
