I am a Partner at Mayfield Fund, a venture capital firm founded in 1969. We practice a ''people first'' approach and serve Entrepreneurs on a mission to make a big and positive impact on the world. I grew up around the world, and have been on an entrepreneurial journey of learning, helping people, and taking chances. We are interested in Big Ideas, Authentic People with an X-Factor and Great Execution. Focus & Approach: I help lead Mayfield's Enterprise practice and focus on Cloud and SaaS and engage deeply with entrepreneurs to help them build their companies. I was an Entrepreneur and Operator living and breathing Enterprise Software before entering Venture Capital. I strive to be an Entrepreneur's first call and this is earned through radical candor & transparency, empathy, trust and a high level of service. I have had the privilege of partnering early with Marketo, Outreach, ServiceMax, SmartRecruiters, Crunchbase, Skilljar, TrustRadius, Appify, Postal, Cube, SeekOut, Alignable, WideOrbit and others.
