I have focused on sourcing, executing, and managing PE and VC investments since 1995. During this time I have closely supported dozens of ventures in Europe, Israel, the US and Latin America. In 2012, I founded BAMCAP (formerly BetaAngels), presently supporting a thriving portfolio of 18 investments on both sides of the Atlantic. Earlier, in 2002, I started Spain VC firm Adara Ventures, serving as Managing Partner until 2010. I am passionate about environmental conservation - and proud to be a Mamoní Valley Preserve board member. Earlier in my career, I worked with McKinsey & Co. from where I was recruited to serve as CEO of food retailer Jumbo Comercial SA (1988-95) until a successful exit to Auchan. I'm a graduate of Dartmouth College (BA Computer Science with Summa Cum Laude honors) and Harvard University (MBA), have been a YPO member since 1992, and a former Global Leader for Tomorrow designee by the World Economic Forum.
