With Arabian Child, I have built a leading early childhood research, advocacy, and child development organization in the Middle East, creating new opportunities for early childhood organizations in the region and empowering women to secure meaningful career placements. At GCA, I have helped training providers increase visibility and reach, providing access to expansive audiences and diverse learners. Our platform enables providers to stay ahead and on the cutting edge of tech while scaling the impact of their training programs and potentially lowering technical and LMS-related costs. I am proud to lead a team that is revolutionizing the field of childhood education and development, providing lifelong learning opportunities at multiple skill levels and empowering childhood stakeholders through upskilling and professional development. As a seasoned education leader, I am passionate about making a positive social impact while also driving profits. I have served as an innovation strategist for global development organizations and as a leader and judge for the MIT SOLVE Challenge on the care economy. I am also a Tedx speaker and keynote presenter.
