I’m a multi-disciplinary, business-centric, ''hands on'' attorney with excellent analytical, advocacy, and problem-solving skills as well as a track record of success. My specialty is multinational/cross-border aspects of data protection, including • Data privacy; • Information security; • Electronic discovery and evidence gathering; and • Corporate compliance and ethics. I enjoy public speaking and teaching legal concepts and principles to law and graduate students. In 2003, I created and taught the first law school course on electronic evidence and -discovery.
