Security and policy expert with over a decade of experience in the public and private sectors in national and cyber security. Culture, inclusion and representation should matter as much to security, as technology and money. Getting it wrong can have disastrous consequences for companies, institutions and even nations. I am passionate about making national security institutions and security teams care about people and culture. I explore diversity, inclusion and security culture as practises where all are created in repeated daily behaviours, interactions and decisions. I foster inclusive cultures and hire inclusive security leaders in order to produce better outcomes and stronger, more equitable institutions.
