Sriram Krishnasamy is the President and CEO of FedEx Dataworks. In this role, Sriram leads FedEx Dataworks, a new organization within FedEx focused on harnessing FedEx logistics intelligence and optimizing it to transform the digital and physical customer experience. Most recently, he led the development of FedEx Surround, the first technology offering coming out of a collaboration between Microsoft and FedEx announced in May 2020. Sriram joined FedEx in 1997 and has held several marketing leadership roles.
