Some may see a daunting challenge; I am all the more invigorated, believing that everything is possible. As Senior Vice President, Business Portfolio Systems, Supply Chain, Stores, Corporate Applications and IT QA services for Ross Stores and dd's Discounts (1800 stores, 6 Distribution Centers), and together with a talented team, we have transformed IT from a cost center to a value creator. We have reimagined company, store, and DC technology as the bedrock to drive organizational results and accelerate into the future. I have enjoyed developing talent as visible, accessible business champions that support the organization, employees, and customers. I am proud of what my team has accomplished in 2020. Together, we mobilized a quick pandemic response and introduced new concept technology across the enterprise to accelerate the supply chain, enable collaboration, expedite decision making, and provide employee/customer safety and convenience. We also stayed the course with our IT Store of the Future Roadmap by opening 30 stores, expanding distribution centers, and implementing new store technology, and established an Amazon Service partnership. I am devoted to mentoring my team to professional advancement and reach across the company as a long-time advocate for DE&I and women in IT. To this end, I am a Member of the Member, Ross Diversity, Equity and Inclusivity Council; Founder, DE&I Celebration Team; Founder, Women in IT, at ROSS Stores.
