I’m an entrepreneur who believes in business as a force for good in society and that climate change will be solved by ingenuity, collaboration and hard work. I started OVO Energy in 2009, with an aim to offer cheaper, greener and simpler energy to customers. Since then, I founded Vertical Aerospace, which designs and builds electric zero-carbon (eVTOL) aircraft, and Kaluza, a smart grid technology company. I am also part of the team that launched the Zero Carbon Project, to help ensure the UK government achieves its commitment to become fully carbon neutral by 2050.
