Negotiated performance guarantees & T&Cs • Originated carbon capture transaction with 4401 for a UK-based portfolio company starting with a 3000 TPY CO2 mineralization pilot in an Oman peridotite rock formation • Developed new products & new business opportunities to expand company offerings: • Formulated integrated solar & fuel cell solution for EV charging stations in North Africa • Initiated blue ammonia production business - analyzed & proposed retrofitting carbon capture technology on operational ammonia & methanol plants in Oman, KSA & UAE • Conceived & implemented the BESS strategy, identified opportunities & created a business unit for pursuing BESS opportunities.
