Bio

I am a Family Business Systemic Coach, Consultant and Advisor. I draw on my personal experience and understanding of the complexities of family dynamics that make family enterprises uniquely challenging environments for family members. My training as an Executive and Systemic Team Coach, Intuitive Energy Healer, MBA in Finance and Economics, and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) place me and my associate coaches in a position to separately and collectively coach across multiple generations. I enjoy writing and speaking about ancestral knowledge and spirituality and am a tea sector enthusiast, having recently participated in Kenya’s tea sector reforms. I am a Salzburg Global Fellow and Mentor in Columbia Business School’s Global Family Enterprise Mentorship Program.
