"I love Dallas Startup Week!"

The connections that were made were invaluable. Even a quick hallway conversation turned into an opportunity. Not only is it a great place to learn and gather resources, but it's also the perfect place to make connections with every kind of ecosystem partner, like founders, investors, and support organizations.

"I totally enjoyed the experience at DEC Startup Week!"

Very professionally created and curated speakers. Topics were covered in a whole gamut of technology, wellness, and financial subjects. I loved all the panels and the content covered, as well as meeting all the technologists! I completely enjoyed the time at the end of the start-up week with the entrepreneurs. It was inspiring to the youngest student entrepreneurs too!

Hey, just wanted to tell you this, Isaiah CEO plays for a game. I have the privilege of speaking last year at the event. Can't wait to return next year. Love Michelle writers speaking. She supported and I thank her and the whole entire team, you know, for not last year, but just again, pushing needle this year just continues to be an amazing event. Continued success, continued success. Can't wait to get back to Dallas next year. Got a chance to do it virtually this year to watch and just amazing. Thank you guys. Keep up the great work all the way from Minnesota.

Hi, my name is Brian Caulkins. I'm the coo of Vendors app. I thought the, the, uh, Dallas Startup Week was actually really good. I got so many contacts, so much knowledge and information. yeah, it was, it was very positive and can't wait till next year. I'd say the only thing that I've missed out on was, uh, a lot of the talks and maybe next year if you, um, kept track of all, how many people attended each, uh, seminar, maybe, uh, then you could have the top two or top three, attended seminars, could maybe have multiple days, uh, that they'd be speaking. So that's the one thing that I would think, uh, will be great in the future. but, yeah, it's a great event and look forward to attending next year. Thanks.

Dallas Startup Week was a wonderful experience for networking, engaging in the community and learning how to level up as a business owner. The large number of sessions gave attendees plenty of options to choose from and with a variety of topics, there was something for everyone. I enjoyed my time at DS W 22 22 and looked forward to sponsoring and attending in 2023.

What did you like best about the event?

What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I would have loved to see speed mentoring events bringing together new startup entrepreneurs and other seasoned counterparts. Also, targeting a large part of the student audience would have been a great addition. Imagine a meet and greet of student businesses within the Dallas metroplex by reaching out to schools - this would be phenomenal. These kids will be the DEC audience and speakers a few years from now.

What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Get a sponsor to provide box lunches. Possibly charging a nominal amount for this, I think people would be willing to pay. It was difficult to leave the conference for lunch because we didn't want to miss anything.

I loved that you incorporated 1 Million Cups into the sessions. I also loved the Capital One accelerator, and the Dell for Startups competitions.
