A great conference with tremendous energy and buzz
The energy at slush is unique - bringing 4,000 founders into one place is a rare event that creates a palpable sense ofpowery and urgency that I have never seen at another conference. Thee networking is excellent - booths are usually staffed by founders or critically executives rather than sales representatives, and there are big parties in the evenings every day that bring together great groups of people who are focused on innovation and entrepreneurship
Helsinki in November is a tricky location to pull off - could consider another time of year when there is more daylight and temperatures above zero degrees celsius.

Well organized with high-quality speakers, a unique setting, and great content and networking opportunities. Also really appreciated all the help with transportation, etc.
The only thing they could have done better was prepped for the speaker sessions. Unfortunately, I was on a panel and didn't get questions until the day before. Also, the vegan food at the conference wasn't very good.

It is always pleasing to hear success stories from small start-up companies to global players. The journey has not been easy for any of the companies.
Well organized as usual. This year I liked the most, how investors and speakers from different companies boosted positive feelings for all start-up companies. It is good that you can participate online.
It would be nice to hear more stories from Finnish companies and investors. How you can see and target from your small country to local markets.

An event really worth the time to make the trip
I love the fact that even though the event is pretty significant (12,000 visitors in 2022), it feels small. You bump into people you know all the time and have the opportunity to have nice short chats with them, and at the same time, you really get to know new interesting people as well. The stage shows are great for startups as they're geared towards actual advice and not just fluff.
There is very little to improve at Slush since everything works so damn well. Maybe still work on making meetings happening outside the meeting area better. The general meeting point is still a mess as there's no one there directing people to find each other.
Actually, my favourites were the first session and the last session. They gave a good overview of the world around us now and in the coming years.

Extremely well organised
The main stage events and how helpful everyone was especially the volunteers. Also really liked how you can easily get food and drinks.
Sometimes it was hard to navigate around the space. Easy to get lost and would take a while to find your way back.

I had a fun time, made lots of new connections and explored new products I didn't know about!
Great speakers, enough space to move around, and interesting startup pitch competition.
Pre-badge claim, they ran out of certain badge types at the airport, and sent people to the city centre but there they didn't have them either, so people were told to pick them up again on the day of the event.
The winner of the startup competition later was wronged/discriminated against by Slush. That was totally against their code of conduct.

The best startup & investor event on the planet
The production level and substance relevance are through the roof. Best place to meet relevant people.
Increase the number/volume of food points and make it even easier to meet with people.
